Q. What is the difference between a groom appointment and a bath appointment?
A. A bath appointment is an appointment where the primary service is a bath, without getting hair cut off the body. A groom appointments means we are taking hair off the body, whether it be "just a trim" off the body or taking quite a bit off...if hair is coming off the body, it is a groom. If your dog isn't ready for a full groom yet, but needs it's face, feet, & fanny trimmed, you can book a bath and tidy appointment.
